Invite a user
Sends an email invitation. Only @capacity.com addresses are allowed.
The user receives an email with a link to set their password, then sets up two-factor authentication on first sign-in.
Already invited, but stuck?
For someone who exists but never completed setup — a missing, expired, or undelivered invite email. Sets a working password directly, no email needed. Does not skip two-factor setup — they'll still go through that on first sign-in, same as everyone else.
Manage channel access
Grant or revoke partner channel access for a registered user. Users with multiple channels can switch between them without logging out.
Add: grants access to the selected channel (appended to existing access). Remove: revokes it. Changes take effect on the user's next page load.
